Refund & Cancellation
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
To maintain a fair ecosystem for both players and venue owners, we have implemented a structured cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on how much notice you provide before your scheduled slot starts:
- More than 24 hours notice: 100% refund of the session price.
- 12 to 24 hours notice: 50% refund of the session price.
- Less than 12 hours notice: No refund will be issued.
Note: Convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable in all cases.
2. How to Request a Refund
Cancellations can be performed directly through your account dashboard:
- Go to "My Bookings" in the sidebar.
- Locate the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel" icon (available only for future slots).
- Confirm the cancellation in the popup.
Once confirmed, our automated system will calculate the refund and initiate the transaction with our payment partner.
3. Processing Timelines
While we initiate refunds immediately, the actual credit to your account depends on the banking network:
- UPI/Wallets: Usually within 24-48 hours.
- Net Banking/Cards: Can take 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's internal processing.
You can track the live status of your refund through the "Refund Tracker" inside the booking details page.
4. Venue-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that a venue owner must cancel your booking (due to maintenance, weather, or emergencies), you will receive a **100% refund** automatically, regardless of the time remaining.
5. Special Circumstances
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or venue quality issue that doesn't fall under standard policies, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of the slot time.
